1/2/2008-Fixed calculation to better fill in APPROVED/ACTUAL/COPAY amounts when line item added to invoice. This fix is critical for COB and MSP.

ECS ANALYSIS:
8/9/07-changed method for user to import and view 835 files. User required to select correct directory and file.

10/30/07-user can change the EClaims Name in bulk fashion to save time
9/22/07-Field added called CMS24K. When "empty" is selected it forces field 24K on the CMS-1500 claim form to be BLANK under all circumstances. Needs the latest LineItems database.

LINEITEMS:
10/17/07-file now works with MSP and COB; improved reimbursement warnings
9/1/07-Added new calculation that works with latest Insurances database to allow field 24K to be blank.
